No need. Some n00b with a low-end canikon will take whatever pics you want for free, just to get into the business. Don't worry - they're professional photographers.

Just ask 'em.

If Pentax would just fix . . .

In 1977 I got a KX, but it was really heavy and I couldn't take as many pictures as I wanted.
Then I got a wife.
So in 1984 I got an MESuper, but it was silver and the VF was so bright it hurt my eye.
Then I got kids.
And Canon(s). Point'nShoot. Point'nShoot. Point'nShoot. Point'nShoot. Point'nShoot.
Then I got eBay. And a lot of lenses.
And a black Spotmatic, but it was heavy.
And a black MESuper. That Eric fixed. But the buttons are too small and I want manual exposure.
And a K2DMD that's really cool, but it's heavy. And all the labs in town closed.
And somebody gave me three more Spotmatics. That Eric Fixed.
Then my eyes broke.
So I got a K10D and the FA's before the price increase and I was Happy.
Then I got PentaxForums.

I could sell everything and get a K-5 and the three FA Ltd. princesses, but . . .
Why can't Pentax just fix my eyes?

Then I got PentaxForums.
That's the issue...

Everything goes downhill from there.

Is it okay if I post on behalf of my imaginary friend? He's having serious issues with his imaginary Pentax camera.

This is all very depressing.
I've hated all my Pentax cameras for giving me images like this:

Can anyone tell me what's wrong with my camera?
The camera has obviously selected a too long shutter speed. You can't see a glimpse of the car, only its lights. You should get a Canon instead which is superior for fast action shots and can freeze the motion.

If you keep this thread going much longer, DPReview might use it as proof to confirm their believe that all Pentax users are a bit silly in the head.LOL

What's depressing is that I lost ten minutes of my life reading this thread when I should have out using my camera...;-)

Obviously your camera is not front focusing, which leaves you with nothing to complain about . . . Poor soul!

Wrong with what? DPReview using it as proof, or them believing Pentax users being silly in the head. From what I've read about DPR on the forums, they might just do it, and also believe it, but you might be right, who actually gives a damn.LOL

One of the best ones I ever saw was someone who complained that his manual focus lens was front-focusing.

And then there's this guy on PDML who called one of the Pentax cameras a crippled whore.

Can't top that one! Wonder who that was?

This is the very best thread ever. It makes me want to fabricate a problem just so I can play too!
