pentax k10d vs k-r metering

Hi guys

I hav been using the k10d for over 3 years now. Just pulled the trigger on the k-r. Was wondering about the metering differences between the 2. Can anyone who has had a k10d previously and bought a k-r/k-r comment on this. Is metering more predictable (less over exposure/under exposure). Also I have a few K/m lenses. how is the stop down metering behavior with the k-r/k-r.

have both and my k10 always tended to underexpose I felt and it does against the K-r.
Not a issue to me as all images reworked for AWB and levels anyway.

We're in the same boat. Got my K-r today after using a K10D for 3 years. I have not touched the EV comp button at all. This meter must be freakin' MAGIC. Have a shot of my daughter with a huge bright light behind her, and the light is blown out and she is exposed perfectly. It's insane. And the focus speed is NUTS. And the burst rate is RIDICULOUS.

(Can you tell whether I like it or not?)
