I believe you can download it and configure it yourself, but I haven't tried that. Vertical Pattern Noise, admittedly, is a pain. Once, it was really bad with a long exposure I was doing at iso 800 shooting jpegs. But with a new firmware update, it was later gone.
I've also recently setup a Coppermine album, like yours it's provided by my hosting provider (GoDaddy) but you can also download it from sourceforge :
