K200D and UHS-1 type SDHC cards

Does anyone know if K200D and 45MB/s UHS-1 type memory SDHC cards are compatible? (for instance like Sandisk extreme pro or Kingston UHS-1 cards)

Should work fine. All SDHC cards should work in any device that supports SDHC. Speed is more about the internal workings of the card and doesn't effect the interface between card and device.

Plus, I think UHS is just their way of overcoming the lack of Class rating for speeds greater than Class 10.
