For you K-x owners

who use the copyright feature. How do you make a space between one word and the next?

The symbol next to the left of the + symbol in the lower left corner. Looks like a bracket laying on its side.

From page 258 of the K-x manual -
it's the character outlined in red:

Worked a treat!! I was reading the manual and saw nothing in there about making a space. Luckily, I have PF and helpful guys like you two.

I did mine quite some time ago - that's why I had to refer to the manual - even then it was not obvious - so I had to go try it out on my K-x........

Glad things worked out for you.

Yeah, I see that upside down bracket but the manual makes no reference it's the space key. I just looked at my simple cell phone and that key is also used for space when texting. I guess I just haven't used many cell phone keypads to know what that key was/is used for.

The use of the fallen over bracket is more or less a standard indication for a space in the programming world. I often use it when handwriting some code and indicating a space; specifically useful if you want to indicate multiple spaces. Don't know where it came from, don't know how long I have been using it, but it's at least 10 years old.
