It's Here!

My K10D + D FA* 16-50mm f/2.8 lens arrived today. The batteries are charging so I used my Oly E-10 to shoot this portrait. It's miserable weather outside today, cool and rainy. I should be posting a lot more now that I have a new Pentax to shoot with.

Congratulations on the new addition to the family. Don't worry about the "miserable weather". That camera body and lens are both weather sealed, you know? "Miserable weather" is no longer an excuse to not get out and take some pictures. Eagerly awaiting your images...

Thanks Steven. Now that the batteries are charged and I've updated to Ver 1.30, I've got no excuses! 8-)

You've got a great lens to go with your k10d. Had I not purchased two of them, I would definitely have gone with it instead of the kit. I'm anxious to see what your new gear can do.
