Masters Degree Survey @ Pentaxforums.com

Hello Pentaxians!

I am a long time pentaxforums.com member and looking for some help. Please read below and take part in my survey, any responses would be greatly appreciated. This survey closes 1st May 2011.

I am a Masters student writing a business case study on Pentax (Hoya) and the surrounding camera industry. I would like to include primary research in this study and would appreciate receiving your input via this survey.

The survey comprises of 14 questions where bias of different camera clubs will be taken into account. This survey limits itself to comparing the relationship between Pentax, Nikon, and Canon. Please fill out the form as best as you can, and if there are any areas that you have trouble answering please leave them blank to preserve validity. Thank you very much for your time.

I found out about the survey via the FB page
BTW, I've indicated Pentax, although yes - technically my camera is a Samsung.
I've come to the conclusion that its just easier to say its a K20D, as opposed to "It's a Samsung, but it's-a-replica-of-the-K20D-with-slightly-different-body-and-a-few-software-changes"

I also saw this on Facebook this evening and I promptly filled it out for you. I finished my master's degree (MA in Educational Leadership) last year and I remember how hard it was to get those surveys done. Good luck!!!

For the record, the shopping part of the survey was painfully fun.

Heh, yeah. $5k?? I said 'Deposit on a 645D'
Not that I'd have any idea how to use 9/10ths of it, but hey - if we're dreaming....

Thank you everyone for the comments. I'm glad you enjoyed the shopping section!

I'm looking forward to the comparison as I have similar surveys at dpreview.com. I will be updating this thread with the findings after the 1st May.

Shopping part was the most difficult one; probably did not spend the full amount of the 5000 bucks.

Survey done. The $5000 question did not help at all my LBA.
Now the question is where is the $5000 coming from? (Sell my car, my wife's car, get a part time ......)

Nice survey.
Would you post the results here????
