Today first time I tried RAW+ mode and I got two files for each shot. One JPEG and one RAW (PEF) as expected. However, all JPEGs are underexposed by almost 1 to 2 stops. What am I missing here?

p.s: I know this is old thread but relevant to post to get right answer. :-)
What software are you using to look at the images? Is it applying auto-corrections to one format but not the other?

try to shoot RAW+
Then open the image (both format) in Light Room (or Photoshop Raw processing)
Then move the highlights slider to the minimum and the shadows slider to the max. Nothing else.
Do this for both versions (raw and jpg) and see the difference.
