Dusty or scratched lens?

Ever wonder how much it affects image quality? Found this on the web and thought others might be interested in seeing it also.

Apparently the only thing dirt and scratches affect is the sales price :-)

The front element can take a huge beating...But it becomes more of an issue when it concerns the back element
