Love using PicSay Pro on my Acer Iconia A500 Android tablet, and used it on my HTC Evo 4G Android phone before that. I highly recommend it. No, it's not PhotoShop, but it does a good job with basic tweaking on the go, and also makes my HTC Evo (phone) camera almost a real substitute as a point-n-shoot.

The Acer A500 is currently the only Android tablet with a full sized USB port for USB hosting. I'm able to connect my Pentax KX to it, download pics, edit them fairly well in PicSay Pro and upload them to a website, Facebook, printing service, etc. I'm also able to connect a myriad of storage devices to it, making the memory expansion options virtually unlimited. This is the main reason I didn't go for an iPad (or even another Android tablet).

My Android phone, tablet, PicSay Pro, and Pentax KX is a great mobile photography combination.
