I have an older Canon i9900 printer. My only disappointment is that it uses pigment based inks, and I know that it will fade in sunlight.

However, it works excellent, is fairly cheap to run with ink (You can buy a savings pack of ink that contains 3 colours so there is a bit of savings there).

If I had to buy another, It would most definitely be Canon.

EDIT: I would also like to add that if I used it more, I would have bought a continuous ink system for it.

Hi ,

I have an R1800 epsom and the quality is superb.
The other thing to consider is that it does A3+ sizes and 3 different roll paper sizes which is fantastic for doing panos.
