In the Eurozone, isn't a PenTax the VAT paid on writing instruments?

I tell them its similar to Mopar. Quality platform, not as many people drive them, and everything costs about 1.5 times as much as a Nikon (Small Block Chevy) or Canon (Ford).

But my world revolves around motors.

Being an old guy, I like that comparison! I never owned a hot-rod, but two of my best friends were Shelby owners. They were GREAT cars! They had no problem out-running Corvettes, Camaros, and Chevelles, but Dodge Dart Swingers (at a fraction of the cost) were their biggest nemesis.

I've never had anyone look closely at my K-5 to ask. Lots of questions though when using old H1a, Leicas, Asahiflex, Canonflex, Exakta, etc. Maybe that's why I use them more than the K-5
