Autobracket question

Greetings,

I just got my K100D Super here yesterday so I may have missed something in the settings.

Is there any way to use either timers or remote control at the same time you're using autobracket mode? It seems like you have to pick one or the other in the settings. I hope this isn't the case, because it might be harder to make the first shot line up nicely for HDR.

Thank you,
Paul

I have the K10D, so the K100D might be different. The auto bracketing setting on the K10D is independent of shooting mode (single, continuous, remote, 2s delay, etc.).

For what it's worth, I've shot many auto-bracketed shots for HDR hand-held. At least in Photoshop, the images are lined up automatically, so a little misalignment is OK. Of course, I use continuous shooting when doing this and fire 3 shots in rapid succession without removing the camera from my eye.

With the remote, can't you press it 3 times to get the 3 shots?
