WOW great presention. I learned something I should have known from your presention. I was playing with a friends Nikon D300. (nice camera) Anyway, the screen has a great grid and in the NIkon when in focus the entire grid lights up in red. I thought that is cool I like the having tha grid to help with really making sure things are striaght. You mention the LL80 focus screen. THAT IS JUST WHAT I WANT. So off to find one. Thanks for all the time you had to put in to share with us.

Anyone who wants a PDF copy send me a PM with you email. I'll hopefully send them out ASAP, but today is my lazy day so it may take a little while.

Most excellent presentation Chris, great job. Very professional looking. You should send one to Ned Brunell.

Excellent!

Outstanding! I need something like that to help me understand all the shooting modes. Nice job and thanks for putting in the effort.

I just had a thought going through these jpegs again Chris. I think they would be really cool printed and laminated. Have you seen the laminated cards they sell on e-bay for photography? Pentax should be signing your up here. They could sell these in a laminated form right on the new Pentax Store website.

Power point

Thank you Chris; I've printed it out. It gives a great overview without wading through the manual.

Please send me a copy too, Cris.

May I ask why you prepared it? Are you going to be giving talks at your store?

Thanks!

Wow!

Tremendous feedback on this topic, I think I've sent out thirty emails today LOL. I'm glad everyone loves it and I'll be revising it over time so I'll keep everyone informed about that.

I wrote this for a presentation I made at our local camera store followed by a macro and a nature course by Marc Langille the day after.
