To improve

Hello.
I have a Pentax Kx + DA 17-70 f4, I'm satisfied, but I would like a better camera.
With 500 euro, now I buy a K7 used, perhaps in a few (?) months I could buy a used K5, now with 300 € I could buy a K20D.
What do you recommend?
thanks
and
Ciao

You mean you already have a used K7?
If so , skip the k20d and save for a K5; compare to the K7, K5 is really a better camera.

If I were you, I will save more money for the lens.

I went from K-x to K20D.
Couldn't be happier.
However, when it comes to images, K-x (supposedly) beats both of them.
So upgrading your body to K-7 or K20D won't help you get better pictures.
It does, however, help you improve on your knowledge and skills pressing and dialing wheels.

I'd keep what you have another 6 months to a year. If you want to buy a used K-7, I have one here in Greece I'd be willing to part with as soon as I find a very very good price on a K-5...

Thank you for your attention.
I don't have a K7, I have only a Kx.
I'd like a better body.
I understand that the K5 is the best.
