Btw, i am in Drive Mode.
Go to the last page of the custom settings menu, set "Using Aperture Ring" to "2 - Permitted" and everything will work fine.

The reason everyone else has been able to see the SR icon as active even without a lens is because we all have that setting already set to "Permitted".

Hello, i have tried it in all modes, same result. I dont get how do you enter lens focal length without any lens attached?
The camera's SR mechanism needs to know the focal length of your lens before it can work. If you don't have a lens fitted, then it will assume you've got an unknown lens mounted (as opposed to nothing at all - after all, why would you need SR if you don't have a lens?). In this situation, it will ask you to input the focal length (only assuming you have Aperture Ring Permitted - which is NOT the default setting, so you'll have to set it yourself before you can proceed).
