There is an new app in the market called DSLR Remote. It let you remotly control your Pentax ( or Canon, Fuji, Minolta, Nikon, Olympus, Sony) camera via infrared or by wire (if the camera has a shutter release cable jack, of course). It provides simple remote control, timer control and HDR cabapilities. And it's free!

There is also ioshutter for iphone/itouch/ipad. It's in the app store.

You need a special cable that hasn't been released yet.
