They're referring to the second half of this line. That was the impression I got on reading it, too. I was about to click away as well.

My bad - I was "speed reading" the page, and "log in using your facebook account" was in read and bold, I quit reading and clicked away.

I've read it more carefully now and was mistaken - sorry!
