I was wondering the best way of getting best out of the custom color setting on the Pentax K-m. I have had the camera for two years and have never looked into this feature before. so I would like to get the best out of it. I have looked up on-line about this without the answers I would like to see. Any help from users of the K-m/ K2000 would be most welcome.

What I'd recommend is for you to take a typical photograph in RAW. Then, open it in the Pentax software and toy around with the custom image settings. Once you're satisfied with the settings, you can then configure your camera with them.
