C-AF will probably be selected in the menu, just like the K100D. Because from the pictures, it's really more like the K100D + a few tricks from the K10D than it is like a "K10D Lite". The lack of a second control dial is just the start of it. With the exception of the RAW button, all the other switches are missing too. LIkewise, the customization and advanced features in the software are probably also not there.
I'm not saying this to be negative at all — it's totally expected that the entry-level camera will follow in the entry-level camera lineage. Additionally, I think it's likely that the K200D will have one or two new tricks that neither the K10D or K100D have.
But if you're looking to buy a K10D, you probably want to buy the actual K10D (or its replacement, if it really is discontinued), not wait for the entry-level K200D model to be a cheaper, newer "K10D Super".
Unless you (the rhetorical "you", not the personal one) think the main difference between the two is that the K10D has more megapixels, in which case you should probably get one of those 12 megapixel compacts instead.
