Should I do house cleaning with my gears^_^

Hi Friends:

I build up lots of camera stuff over the past 12 years. Should I recycle them or put them to the market? ^_^

Misc:
* 2 Hi8 camcorders(one broken sony 608 and a fujifilm),
* 2 minDV camcorders(Sony HC96 and HC46).
* One broken canon g2.
* One working sony dsc-s85.

Pentax:
* K7
* DA limited 40mm f2.8
* M28mm f2.8
* M50mm f2.0
* Yashica m42 135mm f2.8 with adapter and macro adapter.
* FA 28-70mm f4.0
* DAL 18-55mm kit
* Takumar F 70-200mm
* Metz 54 flash(with Pentax and Nikon module).

For pentax gear. I feel I am still tend to have a high quality zoom in range from 16-70mm. I mostly take snapshots. So a high quality zoom seems quite attempting to me. Do you think some people will be interested in the lenses I have. And how much should I expect? Another option I am thinking is how about sell all gears and get a Canon G12 or Olympus xz-1 etc.? I do like to put the camera into my coat pocket cause I always need to hiking and holding a small kid in my arms.

How you guys think?

Nah, just keep your gear and buy more lenses

I should get get rid of some and then buy more. My camera bag is full. ^_^

I would dump the misc stuff (except any working Sony's you still use) and keep all the Pentax stuff. And buy more lenses. But really, you have a decent lens kit there, except that a faster Fifty would be good. The M50/2 is hardly worth selling now -- wait a couple years and it may be worth something.

Good advice! I have the M50/2 just because it is super cheap. I actually made lots of money by selling a mint M50/1.4. So the M28/2.8 and the M50/2 are all free because of that. My copy of M50/2 is surprisingly good at F4.

If I were you, I'd sell these:
* M28mm f2.8
* M50mm f2.0
* Yashica m42 135mm f2.8 with adapter and macro adapter.
* FA 28-70mm f4.0
* DAL 18-55mm kit
* Takumar F 70-200mm
and get the DA* 16-50mm + some tele if you need one (like the DA* 50-135mm)

That's a cleaner cut! I like this idea.

I'd like to sell all including the DA 40mm limited if I decide to go this way.
