Cleaning of sensor.

Hello,

I suppose the word sensor is not exactly correct. My photos are getting so many specks on them it is taking the fun out of photograph and a simple shot of air is not doing the trick. I would like to know of an inexpensive, but safe, way of cleaning the surface. I have both the K10 and K20. Any help or direction would be appreciated.
