Nope, and I often miss it... that's why I'm thinking about buying a K-01 + the 40XS, it would be also more convenient than the K-r to carry for holiday trips... not to mention the IQ improvement

Today I almost wished I had a long-zoom compact, as the 18-55 was my only lens (WR. for the showers). On the way to work I saw a hawk on a tall flagpole, on the way home a backlit Japanese maple with great contorted branches; it will take a lot of cropping to get the shot I could have had with one of my longer zooms. Next time I'll be better prepared!

Bonjour,

Nope, not always ... but often. My "light" kit is a K-5 with a F 35-70, plus extras : a SMC A 50/1.7 and a DA 35/2.4 which is super lightweight ...

I'm sure I answered at some point. Yep about 98% of the time. Don't always use it though.
Today I have the K7 with a DA35 2.4 and a Spotmatic with the tiny industar 50-2 loaded with Neopan 400 (well the Freestyle Photo variant)

almost never. my main carry nowadays is a spotmatic and zeiss 50mm. when thats too much I’m either carrying one of my ricoh compacts, or my contax t2. for special occasions the girlfriend and I use a fuji instax 50s.
