645 to K adapter?

Is there already one?

Would Pentax make one if they made a FF do you think?

would it be useful?

It exists. I have one. I never use it.
I only keep it because I still have my 645 gear.

Here it is: Pentax-K Adapter for 645 Reviews - Pentax K-mount Teleconverters and Adapters - Pentax Lens Reviews & Lens Database

It's hard to see when I would use this in practice, as MF lenses are bigger, heavier, and slower than their full-frame counterparts. (plus they're manual)

If you so desire, you can also get an aftermarket version at a fraction of the cost of a Pentax 645 to K adapter: Pentax 645 PK645 Lens To Pentax PK Adapter K-r K-M K-2 | eBay You might need to refinish the interior surface with flat black paint so that the adapter's interior do not cause flare in the image, there was thread discussing such an issue with a third party P645 to K adapter. As Adam has mentioned it's completely manual but if you already have a Pentax 645 system, it's a quick and affordable means to use P645 lenses on your DSLR.

excanonfd beat me to it.

there can be an issue with internal reflections not from the rear element of the lenses but from parts of the adaptor thazt are shiny.
