PopPhoto K5 cover photo

Anyone know which issue is this popphoto?

I subscribe to PopPhoto but didn't see this photo before.
(Wonder why they cover up "Pentax", and use the non-WR lens...)

As a reader of PopPhoto.... I know they are typically more friendlier toward C&N, then Sony, seldom mention Pentax, when reviewing new DSLR.

It's a PENTAX K-7, because it's mode dial has three row.

Isn't there another thread on this? Oh, yes. Another one here and one more, where it may fit better, in the K-5 forum.

Parallax, here's another to close with referral to K-5 !!

So, I'm not the only one that noticed the Pentax hidden in that magazine cover!

That would be the newsstand version of the magazine also; the subscription edition always has an artsy cover.

They use the Pentax with its markings taped over, then recommend the 5D mk III in the article. Go figure.
