Switching focus modes

Hi there, I'm going on a Raptor shoot Saturday and expect to be shooting both static and flying birds. Is there a quick way on my K200d to switch between af-s & af-c?

Any advice on bird photography would be appreciated too.

Thanks

Are you using DA lenses or sigma with HSM?

A combination, Pentax 50-200, and Sigma 120-400.

No, but it is about the fastest thing you can do in the menu system...

Thanks, I was hoping to be able to set up a quick way, but I guess not.

I believe sports mode mode on the dial might put you in af-c, if you don't mind the other settings it would make.

Both are just as fast but AF-C release the trigger easier (is less accurate) then AF-S
