Definitely a focus issue.

At f/6.3 at this FL they should be relatively in focus. not super-sharp, but not this.

Maybe it's the IR sensor.

AI ... ! The thread is originated from sanjeevdas!! It seems the camera issue is concerned most.
- Focus issue is of course not only derived from the camera its own. I only bring this out to the thread owner.
- AF issue refers to the optical evaluation and mechanical respond of the camera & lens.

I am convinced that low light AF is an issue. Other than this my K5 is awesome.
