K10D back-up battery

Does anyone know whether the K10D has a back-up battery? Or are the settings written to some sort of static memory?

My *istD has a CR2016 "coin type" back-up battery, to keep the settings while the regular 4 AA batteries are out of the camera.

I don't know if it has a battery, but it retains settings, at least for a short while.
