PK and PKA lenses on EOS D60

Someone wants to purchase some of my MF lenses ( with PK or PKA mounts) and use them on D60.
Is it possible, adaptors available?
Can any automation be maintained ( with PKA) , can aperture be mechanically linked ( with PK) with D60?

You're not going to get any automation, I don't think.

As far as I know, D60 is a Nikon model.
But the 60D is a Canon.

Apparently they also had a D60, contemporary with the *ist D.
Deleted my first message when I realized that I was wrong.
