I was at a friend's place the other day looking at his D7000 and D4. One felt comfortable, reminded me of the K10D in balance and the other is just plain big and heavy. And I have used the D1X extensively as my only camera for eight months and the D2X. On the D4 the LCD looks tiny especially compared to my K-r or the X100.I fully understand the reasons for the large DSLRs but one of the reasons I went the K-r is the desire for a very small camera for traveling and taking along with MF and LF outfits. But those with large hands might find my camera way too small.
