Odd sensor issue?

I'm getting these odd specs that totally don't belong in the background of my photos.

Fingers crossed that there isn't something wrong with my sensor.

That looks like a hot pixel. Fortunately, they're a common occurance, and you can use your camera's "pixel mapping" feature to get them to disappear
