I ended up having to return a k5 I recently purchased and Dave at Prodigital 2000 online sales dept has been wonderful as always. I overnighted it back to them and for some reason they didnt get it back until 3 days later. I'm quite an impatient person and after he heard what I paid to have it sent back to them overnight, he checked on some things and the next time I talked to him I told him I was an inpatient type of guy just b/c I was so excited about it, and he said they would overnight it back to me with a 16gig panasonic high speed card for my troubles and I get it back TOMORROW!
I bragged about them when I bought the camera for the excellent experience, and I figured after this I should brag about them about this too. Now thats excellent customer service and truly attending to your customers needs, they didnt have to send it back overnight, but they did and I'm extremely happy
I was back and forth on exchanging it for another k5, or the k30 but I figured I could always get a k30 down the road but may not have another opportunity to get a new k5 with the 18-135 wr lens for 1,250
