Me, too!. I have my lenses from my 1968 Spotmatic, my 1989 SFx (SF-1 in the USA) and SF7 (SF10 in the USA). I'd like TTL, too, so I could use my AF400FTZ flash. I can use it with my *istD though not easily.

You can use all those lenses right now, the current mount isn't stopping you :-)

Count me in!
The green button is working well and all, but the metering is not that good. Most of the time I must adjust the shutter speed manually (on my K10D). Shooting with same lenses on film cameras with non-crippled mounts makes me wish Pentax de-crippled the mount on current DSLRs

Change your focusing screen for a L?-60 (LL, LF, whichever you prefer), or better still for a Canon EE-S screen...

Those are for *istD? Will it work on K10D, but make the metering better? If so, it's worth a try. Thanks!

Yes, they are the same size as the L?-80... But if you have a lot of stop-down lenses and some fast f/1.4 lenses, go for a Canon EE-S screen instead (labeled "S-type" over at FocusingScreen.com): it's linear, and a dream to focus!

Hell yes please! Though... I'm going to buy a K-5 soon, if they added the feature for the next camera I'd have to buy a new camera... again!

You betcha! I have several K-mount lenses that I don't want to part with, and I find that using the green button is disruptive, especially for hand-held macro shots.
