Expansion bracket and Multi-exposure K10D

So i have stumbled accross these two items in my camera that i am prety confident i can say i dont understand at all....

can someone tell me a little about them and how they interact with the little bracketing button i have below my prgram dial and above the menu button...

i basically stumbled across this when i couldnt work out i had to press and hold down the bracketing button and then use the e-dial to go left or right to do bracketing shots...

so now i know how to do basic bracketing on-3/on-5/off i have these OTHER and MORE CONFUSING options....

suggestions and comments please because the book says what i have write below...

• Sharpness

• Saturation
