This link might help:
How to convert Yashica/Contax to M42 mount

Instead of a screw mount donor, just use one of the widely-available and cheap M42-to-Pentax K adapters with the wide flange. I've done a similar surgery on a couple Nikon lenses, although the Nikkors are a LOT less easy than C/Y look to be.

You may want to keep in mind that your C/Y Zeiss is very different from the new incarnation of Zeiss lenses. (I think yours will be better.)

Well, this looks way less complicated than I thought it might be. Thanks for the link. And I don't know if mine is better than the new ones, but it's certainly less expensive.
