LCD screen protector for K10D

Once I get my K10D, I definitely want to put an LCD screen protector on it. I found the following at B&H:
Giottos | SP8251 AEGIS Professional Glass Optic Screen | SP8251

Has anybody had any experience with this particular one? Are there others that are also worth looking at?

I have this set on my K10, put em on earlier this week. So far so good...I like how they look and I can't see any reduction on view quality

Interesting... Does it really helps with viewing in the sunlight as described in the listing?

As a matter of fact, I found this set on Fleabay and put it on my watch list before putting up this post. It's good to have some feedback on it. The price is definitely right.

I put this 2.5" Delkin unit on my k10d. It really helps in bright light. Cost was $7.15 delivered to my house from Walmart, (it was over $14 in the store):

Put the Delkin on the K100D, works fine. Light shield is easy to attach/detach

I bought the Screenpatronus because they have a protector for the back LCD screen and the smaller top one as well. I honestly don't know they are there.

I put the Giotto Aegis on my K10D and it fit perfectly and is fine. Since it actually doesn't do anything except protect the plastic LCD there's not much to say. It didn't reduce the functionality of the LCD at all.

the edges of my screenpatronus protector are visible so I'll have to be the dissenting opinion on this. The middle part is invisible though.

I have had the Giottos screen you are asking about for about one year now. I think it is a great piece of gear. fits perfectly and looks like part of the camera. I would buy it again.

The new Buy Now price is 25 bucks...but since its a 2 piece kit and protects both screens its probably still a good deal.

There are usually more than one auction for the ACMAXXes...one will have a lower shipping price of $1.99

I went on ahead and got the ACMAXX off of fleabay. I got one of the $25 sets they just put up. What's strange is they only put 2 up for sale--if they put up more (like 20 instead of 2) at a time, they could make a boatload of money just off the Pentaxian crowd.

I like how they look on the camera and the fact that they are designed specifically for the K10. Although I had never really thought about it before this, but it's not a bad idea to put a protector on the top LCD screen, too.

In reference to the K10, I should be getting it on Friday

I requested next Friday, the 22nd off, so I could have a whole day to myself to go off and play with my new toy.

If all goes well, the DS should be up for sale next week to add money to the next lens fund (most likely a Tamron 17-50).

I just wish that the Pentax rebate would hurry up and get here. It was supposed to have been mailed out on the 6th.
