I have just had my K20 converted (and kept my K10 as back up to K5) as it was apparent that the sensor is very sensitive to IR. Since the K7 shares the same basic sensor, I would go with that one.
The company who converts it should reposition the sensor so the Auto focus will still work ACS in UK have done this on two cmaeras for me now. The other being an istD
