My experience is that the Eneloops are excellent. A big advantage for me is that I can pick the camera up weeks or even months after the last time I used it and the Eneloops have still got a good charge and will run the camera perfectly.

Let me check. 4GB Sandisk Ultras and no-name CR-V3 Li-ion batteries work great. Mine is reserved for TTL flash and M42 macro work.
