K-x firmware - do I need 1.03?

I just checked the version on my wife's K-x, and it's running version

I see on this Pentax Japan site, there is a version 1.03 available, but from what I read about it the only changes in 1.02 & 1.03 were for SDXC and improved SDXC handling. If I'm only using SDHC cards, I can't see the sense in going to this latest firmware, but if there is any other advantages to the firmware I don't know about then I'll load it up.

The reason I ask this is some time back I heard of some "silent" upgrades than aren't necessarily talked about, and am wondering if there are any in this case.

1.01 supposedly fixed the battery issue, the battery indicator on my K-x has never been reliable, but 1.02 and 1.03 are really only necessary if you want to use SDXC. I am running 1.03 and nothing seems to be any different.
