An afternoon at the beach...

...learning about one's capabilities (or perhaps, the lack of).
All of the shots taken with the DS & Sigma 135-400 and converted using Raw Shooter Premium with various levels of adjustments.

I have posted more in the gallery.

My reason for posting these.....????.....absolutely no reason at all
Just out and about with my DS.

There is no need to have reasons to post here. They are the kinds of photos I want to take this summer but never get around to it.

Given that you already zoomed in that much around 400mm, I still wish there is more zoom onto the surfer himself.

It is always a challenge...but a great way to spend an afternoon

You come to appreciate what things may be like with SR and f2.8 zooms etc for that type of photography. Not that I'm trying to talk myself into a K10 :ugh:
the DS is fine for now.
