Firmware K10d

Can anyone tell me if the firmware on the K10d can be upgraded by software and usb cable?
I haven't searched any threads on this yet. WHen I purchased my Camera from Amazon during their rebate Christmas season, it mentioned my camera was from a stock fom 2006 so I am sure there must have been updates to the firmware by now.

It's very easy to do as long as you FOLLOW the instructions. It was the first thing I did when I recd. my K10D a few months ago. Make CERTAIN your battery is fully charged before doing it, and you should have no problems.

You can tell which version it has by holding down the 'Menu' button and turning the camera on. A version 1.30 was released in july of 2007 to support SDM.

Dave,

Please take note of the added 1.30 functionality.
You may want to change your personal settings.
I've redefined most of the buttons and front/back wheel settings to my liking.
