We'll you can do that with the K3 and a flu card but it's a bit temperamental at times and the bleeping is a bit annoying too.

I don't understand your problem. I studio shoot tethered all the time on my K3. Eye-fi Pro card in K3, ipad in studio for reviewing pictures works like a charm - even on location shoots with models. If you're referring to a Lightroom plugin my understanding is the K1 is supposed to be offering it...

Yeah, it probably can be closed now since they have wired tethering for the upcoming K1 and have wireless with the K3.
