Try this:

Fixing Front and Back Focus - Introduction - PentaxForums.com

Also, it would be nice if your photo included EXIF info!

You click "Go Advanced" and then click the clip icon to upload the image It will be OK only if the info hasn't be deleted during post-possesing!

This is my preferred method for checking/correcting focus issues:

AF microadjustment for the 1Ds mark III, 1D Mk3, 5D Mk2, 7D, 1D X

Usually, with such a busy image, you can find SOMETHING that is in proper focus if the problem is a slight front- or back focus. Usually a point just in front or in back of the focus point. I downloaded your image and blew it up but could not find any sharp spots. Did you actually apply any sharpening in LR?

Like the previous poster, I couldn't get the exif info to show up either. If you can't get it to post, perhaps you can just tell us in a post what the specs were. ISO, shutter speed, f/stop, etc. It would also help to know other details - where did you set the focus point? Tripod? How much postprocessing did you actually do? That sort of thing.
