Pentax in a Movie.

Shutter (2008) trailer-no-1

I was watching some TV tonight on Fox, during a commercial break they had a clip of a movie named "Shutter," up pops a Pentax DSLR a couple of times, full front shot of a guy holding it.
Could not tell what model, however went on the net and plugged in Shutter. Above link will take you to a trailer. It's a B Movie horror flick. I paused a close up of the Pentax camera, appears to be fitted with a DA lens.

Pity it's a B Movie, but I guess every little bit helps Pentax marketing.

Rg.

Yeah I saw and like the grudge it's probably a Japanese originating film so

That's the kit lens. The camera might be the K10D. However, I was haunted by that beautiful Hasselblad-Zeiss couple at the beginning that I didn't pay much attention to the rest of the trailer.

Here's a higher-resolution version of the trailer. Still can't tell what camera it was, but I can tell that a mark I kit lens was used. This probably means that a K20D or K200D wasn't used.

Love the manual focusing, just so people know it's a "real" photographer.
