Yes, that's just jpeg. I've shot a bunch of RAW also, but haven't had time to do any PP.
Haven't had as much time as I'd like to take photos, but here's what I've found so far re K20 vs the K100D:
* faster AF in both regular and low light
* cleaner ISO 1600, especially colors
* color, color, color, rich color
* white balance is vastly improved
* resolution with my manual primes, 77ltd, and DA* lenses all show incredible resolution
* less actual noise reduction in camera, but less needed. Images look more natural as a result. Pixel-peeping goes deeper at 14.6MP than 6MP, so you can see the noise drilling down, but the unzoomed image is very clean.
