Two DS bodies, a K100D body and a K10D body. None of the internal flashes have failed. Then again, I very rarely use it. Maybe for about 10-15 exposures over about 45,000 made with all bodies. The high ISO image quality, coupled with Shake Reduction and post-processing clean-up yield images that are quite acceptable for my uses. I've used my 360 flash even less.
