Please, let us see your talent. If enough people like it, maybe it will give Ricoh some ideas at least.

we could make a competition for designing a manual pentax full frame camera...that could be interesting.

Aimed at me!

This camera is just what I would like - only, why not make the screen even larger?

...aimed at me too!!!

Unfortunately, I think these photos are examples of a design student's homework assignment. Remember the digital Holga from a couple of years back?

Definitely a mockery, but nice try. Just. One essential thing is missing though - no 4-way controller there! How do you change settings and navigate menus? Top layout with two dials on the right and top LCD on the left is a departure from super-retro. Back side speaks FujiFilm digital cameras, but they at least have that navigation array.

ouch screen.. even the latest 70D breed still uses the 8-way controller.. what for? to choose the AF-points while you look through the prism! the other problem with that super-retro-mockery is that Pentax would need a major UI-redesign first to make it touch operable.. although I admit it would be a nice gadget, a super-retro-dSLR, maybe even fullframe?

Lovely - although a version "for the ladies" does leave the -D annotation somewhat ambiguous...?

Something on the same level as the Fuji FinePix X-100 - but a DSLR.
