I downloaded Lr 1.4 and put my K20D on PEF RAW. Imported some photos with no problem.
Then changed the import so that the PEF gets converted to DNG. Import was ok, but when I magnified the image to 1:1, I got a message stating An internal error has occurred.

Can someone else give this a try and let me know if it works.
