Never said it was simple.
The thing is when AA filter less adds some value is mostly on a tripod and that often means you can take more time to make a shot.

With hand hold there is already the blur of your hands and changes are you're shooting living or moving subject so to do then the blur to create aa kind of effect is much harder.
