As others have said, you will get more money for the K-5.
In my opinion, it depends on what you want to do in the future. Are you willing to stay with whichever camera you keep for a few years? If so, I would keep the K-5. It may not have some of the new features like focus peaking, but it is a little bit more refined in my opinion. I also think the K-5 has slightly better noise control, which to me is important because I like to shoot a lot in lower light.
But if you are looking to upgrade to the K-3 (or whatever it is called) in the next 6 months to a year, then I say sell the K-5 because you can get more money for it now.
